Aspire Honored Internationally for Innovation 13 years in a Row

PHOENIX – Aspire. People. Performance. Profits was named a finalist in the Most Innovative Company of the Year category in the 15th annual Stevie® Awards for Women in Business. They will be presented with a Gold, Silver, or Bronze Stevie Award during the gala event at the Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel in New York on Friday, Nov. 16. The event will be broadcast on Livestream.

The Stevie Awards for Women in Business honor worldwide women executives, entrepreneurs, employees and the companies they run.

More than 1,500 entries were submitted this year for consideration in more than 90 categories. Aspire is a finalist in the Most Innovative Company category.

Aspire is being recognized for frugal innovation, an approach they utilize on behalf of their clients to conserve resources, whether in budget, materials, bandwidth or time. Aspire uses three criteria to find solutions for their clients’ business problems using frugal innovation:

“We embraced this mindset of frugal innovation as we began a quest to innovate new programs and solutions for less,” said Aspire CEO Renie Cavallari. “Our approach to frugal innovation views resource constraints not as liabilities but as opportunities, favoring agility over efficiency.”

This year’s Stevie Awards for Women in Business event will be complemented by a new one-day educational and networking event called the Women|Future Conference.

“In its 15th year, the Stevie Awards for Women in Business received a record number of nominations. With the new Women|Future Conference preceding the announcement of winners on Nov. 16, it will be a day to celebrate the achievements of working women around the world,” said Michael Gallagher, founder and president of the Stevie Awards. “We’re looking forward to recognizing the Stevie Award winners next month.”

Cavallari is proud of her team’s consistent accomplishments in innovation.

“True innovation happens by awakening the potential of people. With cultural and behavioral shifts, there is no limit to what we can frugally innovate together,” she said.
